Rolfing Structural Integration is named after Dr. Ida P. Rolf. who discovered that she could achieve remarkable changes in posture and structure by manipulating the body's myofascial system. Research has demonstrated that Rolfing creates a more efficient use of the muscles, allows the body to conserve energy, and creates more economical and refined patterns of movement

Shirley Lynch, Certified Massage Therapist (CMT), National Certification for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork (NCTMB), Certified Zero Balancer Shirley is a nationally certified massage therapist in practice since 1981. She has taught in both professional training programs and community education for the past twenty years. A faculty member at The Muscular Therapy Institute since l982. Shirley's integrative approach weaves principles of Muscular Therapy, Zero Balancing, and Aston-Patterning® throughout her practice and teaching, attending to individuals' unique patterns, goals and process.

Maureen Sher, Pilates Instructor Maureen, a native of South Africa, began the journey to healthy functional movement to overcome dance-related injuries. She had the good fortune of training with one of the top body conditioning consultants for over eight years. The principles of core stabilization, wellness through intelligent exercise, functional movement, and correct postural ethic were the basis of her acquired philosophy. Maureen has established a Pilates based rehabilitation program for a top chiropractic office.

Liz Lipski, PhD, CCN Is the host of the Access to Health Experts interview series. She holds a doctorate and is board certified in Clinical Nutrition, is the author of Digestive Wellness, Digestive Wellness for Children, and Leaky Gut Syndrome. She’s the Director of Doctoral Studies at Hawthorn University, and the nutrition editor for Pilates Style Magazine. Dr. Lipski is the founder of several web-based health information sites including Innovative Healing and Access to Health Experts.
